Great host and very clean room. Good breakfast. Near to the town.

It was neither visible in the pictures nor explained in description that this is not a whole apartment but the room with access to a private toilet. There is another room in the apartment with a separate toilet but the same entryway and kitchen are shared. The worse is that the AC is also shared and controlled from outside of the room. It would be okay if you book both rooms with the group of friends but not if you share it with a stranger. Our neighbours arrived late (3 hours after checl-in time), we spoke no common language and couldn't agree on the AC temperature (16°C vs 24°C). Our kids were quite upset and we couldn't sleep whole night.
