Location close to beach was good - The pool was in clean condition and the space of the property is very nice.

The chair was broken - as I read subsequently in a previous review - my guest fell abruptly onto the floor luckily did not sustain injury as far as I know... The deck recliner chair also broken and tied with a string - was more comfortable to lie on the floor. The tap in the bathroom also broken and the bedroom curtains were badly stained. No hot water available. Kitchen barely useable with few utensils or pots. The sheets and towels were heavily doused in a concentrated scented laundry product which meant that I had to handwash and rinse multiple times only slightly lessening the scent but made it almost bearable for my two night stay. Lesson learned to not select listings which have few reviews unfortunately this is out of the hands of Booking.com

The location was phenomenal. Tons of food nearby, closer to the beach than expected (right across the street), and in a quiet part of town. Owners are nice and helpful. The place and pool were clean, and larger than expected.

It may be mentioned on listing, but there is no hot water. Was fine for us, but your mileage may vary. Both of us had chairs give out, due to age or design, and butts were busted, but we had a laugh, so no worries; but you might check before you sit. Bring your own pans for cooking. There are ants, but that's progreso, I think. Getting in touch with the owner was difficult for checkout. We were instructed on the morning of departure that they would come by and check us out at noon. However, this did not work, as we had a flight and needed to leave earlier. I called, texted, and Whatsapp, but no response. A dropbox for leaving keys/checkout would be ideal, to avoid this issue. Power outages, but that too is progreso, I think. All in all, great place to stay if you can tolerate a cold shower or rinse in the pool, and have your own pans for cooking.
