"Exceptional"

Room's are spacious, and staffs were really good. I was given a wrong room (not as advertised here), but it was sorted with ease. They even upgraded the other room. All in all, our stay was great.

"Cramped inside the room"

Convenient location from malls and restaurants

A bit cramped inside the room, I made a request to make the room more romantic since I was going back away from work, they didn’t bother to go for an extra mile.

"Great"

(The photos I posted are for their Junior Suite room) There was a hiccup with the booking because it was listed in the room that I booked that it has a bath tub but upon check-in, I was informed that there was none. But thankfully, the staff moved me to a better room. The room itself is beautiful. Even though I was on the third floor and roadside, I wasn’t bothered by any noise. The location is very near SM and a nearby foodpark. Their breakfast is plated not a buffet.
