The Sea, The Sea

The location is perfect, very easy to get around from there to most places. Short walk to the Mamaia/Malibu beach and less than half an hour down to the Marina Tomis, the old town and Ovidiu Plazza. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. I honestly cannot fault anything about the property. It provided for everything we needed, included aircon during the hot days/nights. The design is modern and sleek; we loved it. Plus, if you wake up early, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and the view from the balcony. Laura, our great host, recommended us few restaurants and cafes where we could have a nice meal or a drink; few are in the new and modern neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this place and definitely we will go back there if we visit Constanta again.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay in this apartment in Constanta. The view from the 9th floor is spectacular, overlooking both the lake and the sea. The location is excellent - close to the lively beaches of Mamaia, as well as some more quiet and wild ones. At the same time, it is also a great choice for business travelers, with easy access to all points of interest in the city. The apartment is modern, brand new, spotless and carefully designed for comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a washing machine, and all necessary toiletries and supplies are provided in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Attention to detail really makes the difference compared to a regular accommodation. The hosts were kind, attentive and always available, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Locatie buna, apartamentul amenajat cu bun gust, exact ca in fotografii, foarte bine utilat, comunicare excelenta cu proprietarul. Balconul, desi micut, are o priveliste minunata. Micile detalii, precum cafea, ceai, apa, bauturi, inclusiv produse de igiena personala pentru turistii mai uitici, chiar daca nu presupun costuri mari si probabil cei mai multi nici nu le folosesc, denota implicare si apreciere fata de clienti. Si asta face diferenta.

Poate un minus mic pe partea de intimitate, blocul de langa fiind situat la mica distanta, dar draperiile rezolva problema iar toate celelalte plusuri anuleaza, in opinia mea, acest "inconvenient".

Квартира новая и чистая (на 9-ом этаже). Есть где и чем готовить еду. Квартира оборудована можно сказать всем необходимым. Хозяйка добродушная. Нас ждали приятные вкусняшки. Есть личная парковка у дома в тени. Приемлемый вид с балкона. Знайте что в городе на 95% везде платные парковки (кроме крупных супермаретов). Скачал приложение и платил через неё. И помните, Констанца почти не спит))) - авто гоняют всю ночь.

Proprietarii foarte primitori. Apartamentul este foarte spațios, mobilat cu bun gust și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un concediu plăcut. Am fost plăcut impresionați fiind așteptați la locație cu apă și băuturi răcoritoare reci, arahide, biscuiți sărați și chiar și bomboane de ciocolată. Apartamentul fiind la etajul 9 priveliștea este minunată putând admira răsăritul. Locația este excelentă, cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag.
