Excellent location and air con was good to have when over 30 degrees

The broken toaster, continuously flushing toilet in en suite and no iron.

Because there was no electricity for two days, there was no gas stove to prepare food or make coffee. We had a baby with us and couldn't make hot milk for her.. the heat was extreme and rechargeable fans could have helped a lot
