Cozy 3 - Bed apartment, Minutes from NYC!

Appartamento spazioso e provvisto di ciò che serve per cucinare e ben riposare. Asciugamani coperte phon molto potente , pompa di calore che funzionava anche da condizionatore

Consiglio un maggior ordine e pulizia nel cortiletto dinanzi a abitazione e nella scala che conduce all'appartamento . Cosi diventa una top accomodation

We liked the location. Very close to Jersey City and NYC. The rooms were spacious. Affordable.

No laundry.. No elevator.. The bedroom & kitchen window was broken.. Parking needed more $$.. The heater was not working as expected.. Hot water did not last long..

Very spacious and nicely furnished apartment. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, practically equiped kitchen, functional wifi connection, Suitable for 6-10 people.

Apartment is quite far away from PATH connection (bus needed for Jounrnal Square). Washing machine and dryer is not functional, faucets dripping (not too much).

The distance from NYC was good! You can choose between a bus or PATH, works both ways.

Great location near a bus stop to get to Manhattan, and a short walk/bus ride away from the PATH to get to Newark or Manhattan. Very clean and nice. When we arrived, we got the keys from the check-in coordinator and he helped us resolve all the issues we had during our stay, even looking out for us when our car was going to get a ticket.

We had a LOT of issues involving parking at this location. There are 2 parking spots, but 3 rentals at this property, and parking is first come first serve, with the rental company also maybe using it. Don't park in front of the door, it violates fire safety. The rental company also needs access to the garage, so they need to be able to move your car if you leave it there all day. You cannot park on the street unless you get a city pass weeks in advance, and there is no nearby parking really. Not mentioned in the listing is that it's on the third floor, and there are only stairs to get upstairs. Also, there was only 4 of each type of tableware, when this place can accommodate up to 8 people. There were no hand towels, only a bath towel each. None for the kitchen. You cannot use the baths as baths, only showers, there were no plugs and the water only came out from the shower head. The Wifi did not reach the bedrooms.

I liked how spacious the apartment was, even for 6 people.

The fact that the AC was not working at all, and to make matters worse, almost all the windows were jammed so it was very hard to open/close them, which made the temperature inside even worse and almost unbearable to sleep at night.
