BEL’appartement est très confortable et bien decoré. Il y a de bons volets dans la chambre, il faisait bien noire pour dormir. Il y a deux terrasses, la cuisine est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et déjeuner. Le lit est confortable, tout est propre et bien entretenu. Les relations avec le propriétaire très efficaces et rapides.

GRΠολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, 2 χιλιόμετρα από όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος με πρόσβαση ακόμα και με τα πόδια. Πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης. Πολλές παροχές, ακόμα και αν δεν αναγράφονται, πολύ ζεστοί χώροι παντού και πολύ βολικοί.
Όλα ήταν μια χαρά, δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό.

GRΠολύ όμορφο,ζεστό και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, σε περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, το διαμέρισμα ήταν στολισμένο καθώς πήγαμε Χριστούγεννα . Αν ξαναπάω Γιάννενα σίγουρα θα το ξανακλεισω. Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι!!

NLWe had to stay unexpectedly in Ioannina due to a medical emergency in the family. Property was 10/10. The apartment was very well located for us, within walking distance (15min) of the Hatsikosta General Hospital and other practical amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies and the nearby nautical club cafe (Nautikos Omilos) that had a playground and dinner options right on the lake front. Everything else we wanted to do in Ioannina (the Perama Cavern, the castle, the ferry to the little island, the urban forest, frontzou politeia) were all within a 10min drive maximum. Furthermore, the apartment was very clean, renovated and well equipped with everything we needed to cook, wash clothes and overall host our family for nearly 10 days. Finally, our host Konstantinos was exceptional! Very communicative and responsive to everything we needed. We had to extend our stay and he was kind enough to secure the property for us until we knew with certainty how many more days we needed. Also, one of the kitchen appliances stopped working and he resolved it within a day (even though we were in the middle of a summer weekend in Greece).
