"Poor professionalism and trying to charge customer for handover of they key even coming on time"

Good location and easy access to all the major locations

Staff Dahiana was very unprofessional and trying to charge us extra Euro 30 for key handover eventhough we arrived before 8pm at the apartments site. Myself and family along with kids had to wait outside for 40mins for the person to come over and handover the key. No apologies made from host , instead they want to charge extra Euro 30 for 4 mins away office where the key of the apartment was kept. As a industry practice there will be combination keys or physical access cards or keys kept near to the apartment building for easy access to customer. Eventhough I requested to waive off the charges because we were on time and it was hosts mistake they didn't bother but still would like to go ahead and charge us. Suggest management look into this issue

View from the balcony is wonderful. We contacted the agency to report the broken washing machine. They responded quickly to the complaint. When it turned out that the matter would not be resolved within our stay in the apartment, they offered to compensate for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately the washing machine was not functioning and had caused damage to the bathroom door.

+ close to beach + reasonable view of canal & beach + cupboard space OK, good bed, clean linen

- uncomfortable sofa - no kitchen towels / linen - WARNING: there is NO private parking; September was OK and we were lucky - July / August difficult We chose this apartment specifically for the advertised private parking. The agency was not helpful and did not follow through on giving us a voucher.
