The entrance to the car parking area which also served as a foot entrance to the apartment was completely messed up as a result of drops of rain most of the days, I had to struggle with my kids going out for a walk.

The access to the property should be mentioned in the description itself before booking. There are no lights in the path leading to the apartment. Very dark and we had to constantly use our mobiles to see the way. During rains the pathway had water potholes and soft sand making it hard to walk through. Not easy to carry your luggage upstairs especially if travelling with group. Also there was no response to any questions sent through the platform to contact the owner. The phone numbers mentioned were never answered

We stayed here because we had to and unfortunately we had to extend our stay for 5 days due to our carelessness. Because we had a lot of luggage and it was very difficult to move. First of all, from the moment you enter the house, a bad cake smell greets you and it never goes away. But the worst part is the bathroom. There is water flowing in the bathroom that cannot be called hot and it is so little that I cannot even describe it. When you first enter the house you pay for cleaning (included in the payment) but the cleaning is very bad. All the cutlery, pots and glasses. We washed them all ourselves again. Moreover, we had to make another reservation from the same place to extend the stay and the cleaning fee was deducted again. We said that we did not want cleaning and asked them to refund the money they deducted through booking, but the host did not refund the money even though they did not provide us with cleaning service because we made a reservation twice. In other words, we paid for the service (if it can be called a service) that we did not receive. For this reason, I think the host is not well-intentioned. This is a city where it rains constantly and the entrance to the house is muddy, making it very difficult to pass with suitcases. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the wires dig into your waist.

There was a good communication with the owner. The property is okay for a very short stay but not sure for a longer time. The double bed is confortable.

-Very complicated to find the address. -Very difficult to set the right shower temperature. -The bathroom is very cold and the radiator isn't helping.

I like the kitchen and the available equipments and overall clean area.
