1 Bed 1 Bathroom w Parking Wi-Fi TV

Nice and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom. Location as expected but certainly it is different being there and not just looking at a map. Particularly when you are out of town. This is not the owners fault but ours.

Outside light came on at midnight and again at 5am which disturbed our sleep and equilibrium initially. Need to put curtains on the door wall windows. Also the bed feet are at the outer edge of the bed and being older people we often accidentally kicked them!!

Very tidy,great location. Host family were lovely & couldnt do enpugh for us.

Nothing bad to sayabout it.

Close to motorway and shops. Easy check in . Guest supplied coffee milk and some chips.

I know it's a lower budget however it's below a home and can hear people walking around and there was banging on floor till late at night. It's on a main road and next to freeway so if you are a light sleeper it may not be for you. Also the bed was awful.

We are bicycling the tour Aotearoa trail and the route we took goes right by this facility. There are no other motels/hotels in the area this close to leaving Auckland and this room was in the right location. There was a safe place to store my bicycle and we were able to check in off the e-mail sent us with code information.

Good location to local shops and amenities. Well furnished and very kind and helpful host!

Clean and basics all there

Hosts just watched us arrive and just ignored us, no welcome , assistance, nothing.

Shavani was a lovely friendly host.

Everything was good.

Very comfortable, not too far from the CBD and anything that was closer was either much less nice or much more expensive. Owner made sure everything was good via message but otherwise left us alone, great communication and service
