Location is the best. The property surrounded by nice cafe and restaurants. Quite area. Amazing seaview from the balcony. Large balcony for enjoying some time. Old but good renewed apartment. High ceilings giving a good feeling.

Bathroom is like apart of the rest of the house. Very low ceiling and no airflow. There is another toilet but too small. Fitting in it almost impossible.

Very good location, 3 Br apt big rooms, nice living room, big kitchen, clean overall

Needs a bit of refurbishment in specific elements of the house, also 2nd WC is extremely small, a big person above 1.70 will find it difficult to even basically use it (at least with a closed door), thus 1 main bathroom for a 3 br (up to 6-7 people) is not the ideal

The owner was well aware of the water shortage that is gonna happen on the day that i was gonna be there, coz he had a notice letter from municipality on 7 march about that, and i stayed at his place on 9th of march. I was planning to have a great weekend the area was good the apartment seemed nice, but there was no water from 00:00- 12:00 (on that day i had to leave the apartment at 11:00) and i wasn't notified for that in advance, when i contacted the owner he only send me a screenshot of the notification that he got from municipality and no other explanation. You should not rent a place for someone if there is no water and you cant do anything about it.
