Location, the room set out, power was constant +/- 30secs - 1min if any outage, restored. Staff very nice...even when I was so upset and was quite vocal they were cool and still nice and helpful till I left...

The room had loads of sugar ants and floor dusty as was cleaned and left unused for a while so film of dust...could not switch on heater switch so no hot water...

The room was so spacious and cozy at the same time. All the facilities in it worked seamlessly The water pressure was fantastic The manager(alone) is very professional and know how to handle situations I could make what I wanted and I enjoyed that The manager is prompt in fixing any issues within his capacity. It was a beautiful stay

Got there and decided to view the rooms before selecting which I wanted. Spoke to the manager on the phone (as he wasn’t on the premises) and he explained the two types of room and the various prices. Asked to be shown rooms with a smaller price and I then made my selection. Came down to pay and the so called ‘owner’ suddenly said the room I selected was of a higher price. I tried explaining what the manager and I said but he wouldn’t listen. A very pompous, condescending and arrogant man, with a smelly attitude. So I packed up my things and left. Spoke to the manager later on who then apologized and let me know that the owner suddenly decided to change the price of that room with prior notice. After plenty talks/appeal from the manager I came back. Just pray you don’t meet the owner he could spoil the mood of a whole city with his smelly attitude.
