Everything was working Staff was good

But the noise and finding parking was terrible the kitchen being downstairs was annoying steep stairs

clean property.

Property very cold on arrival, did not feel like safe location and on street parking not safe.

Smooth process good communication

The deposit is over the top and shouldn’t take days to return in an era where it can be sent in seconds. Needs improving.

The apartment was cost, clean and modern, great for a short stay

The bed was smaller than expected

Tv, double bed, big shower, able to cook, free WiFi and parking.

Wasn’t as clean as it should be, kitchen counter top was dirty, hairs around, pans etc wasn’t clean, 1 wine glass, no salt/pepper, small things to make it, shower was bipolar in terms of heat.
