Die Poolanlage und der Blick waren sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmereinrichtung entspricht nicht einem fünf Sterne Hotel. Alles schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der große Spiegel im Bad hatte etliche blinde Flecken. Die Wassertemperatur war nur zwischen heiß und sehr heiß regulierbar. Das Gym konnte aufgrund von Bauarbeiten nicht genutzt werden. Dies wurde bei der Ankunft nicht mitgeteilt, sondern erst auf Nachfrage. Es gab keinerlei Entschädigung. Am Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr viele Spatzen. Man hat zwar versucht die meisten Speisen abzudecken, aber leider war dies nicht durchgängig gegeben. Wir haben es als sehr unhygienisch empfunden.

The hotel is beautiful and offers plenty of sunbeds around its two pools, making it easy to relax without feeling crowded. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and at the beach restaurant, with a good variety and high quality throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly. One of the highlights of the property is its stunning shoreline view, which creates a truly special atmosphere. We also particularly enjoyed the spa, which is spacious, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet, a perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Upon arrival, the staff did not provide a complete overview of the hotel’s facilities. As a result, we only discovered on our last day that there was a gym available, which was disappointing. We also found out by ourselves that there was direct access to the beach from the hotel, something that was never mentioned during check-in. Room cleaning was often carried out quite late, and every night housekeeping came to provide additional room service at 9:00 PM, which felt unnecessarily late. Since the hotel already had access to our restaurant reservations, it should have been possible to schedule housekeeping when we were out of the room. The soundproofing in the rooms is also below expectations. In addition, the balconies and garden areas lack privacy, as neighboring guests have direct views into them, making these spaces less enjoyable to use. Overall, while the hotel has many positive aspects, it appears to be slowly showing signs of wear and tear when looking at the details and maintenance standards of a 5 star hotel
