Ottima posizione, nonostante sia in centro la struttura è posizionata in una stradina tranquilla. Camera ben insonorizzata, in caso di musica nella piazza principale, chiudendo le finestre non si sente nulla. Il gestore gentile e disponibile.

AC was a bit too cold for the first half of our stay, then it was turned off.

The location was perfect! The rooms and accommodations very cute and the family that runs the property is lovely! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable and we had enough towels.

Excellent value for money and great location. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

These is only one shared bathroom with no other toilet and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom which is very slow meaning that people can spend a very long time in there drying their hair and no one else can go to the toilet. Might be better if the expectation is that hairdryers are used in the rooms instead.

host is nice and helpful. Francesco gave us nice suggestion for the place to eat and to go the free beach at Finale Ligure. Nice apartment in the centre and near amenities, and sea promenade. Overall nice experience!

Location very, very convenient. Next to the beach, close to good restaurants and to a small carefour market, good for basic needs. Train station is at top 10 mins away( with luggage). Staff was very communicative and friendly. Place was clean at the arrival.

Rooms are not sound proof at all. Be aware rooms are located at the third floor, no elevator and with very steep stairs. Other than that, all ok.

Overall very nice facilities! Franscesco is very friendly and helped us with good restaurants and what to do in Finale Ligure.

There is no AC in the room itself, only a fan. So it got quite warm in the room by night.

The property was so close to both the beach and the Center
