Room 03 - Sandhaven Rooms Double

On arrival there was no remote for the TV in the room, after 30 minutes managed to speak to someone, they sent us to another room we were horrified the bed was unmade with 2 drinks on the table and food, got sent to another room and spent 10 minutes trying to get in but we were given the wrong code then sent to another room which was freezing, half the size, noisy and faced the main road, then were told room 1 was now available which was lovely but we wasted nearly 2 hours of our life, what was disappointing when we got a email on the day to vacate the room the email didn't apologise for what had happened, it's such a shame as we did love the room we stayed in but with all the hassle it did spoil our first night 😢

The location was spot on and just what we wanted.

The wife and I didn't sleep at all well. The room was lovely and clean. We would have given it a higher rating if the mattress springs didn't keep poking into you all night. We couldn't sleep because of the mattress. The floor would have been more comfortable. The mattress needs completely replacing immediately. We won't be stopping there again.

Great location on Ocean Road. Quiet rooms. Value for money, great for a nights stay.

Room was a little bit dark.

Room was in need of update and decoration, it was clean Lock on the door was questionable stayed 1 night left early morning YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Fantastic location, comfort clean bed

Would rather have a key than different codes for front door and bedroom door , communal kitchen was well equipped but other guest left dirty dishes in sink on numerous occasions , modern room but could be freshened up with a lick of paint , bathroom was very small

Good location, clean and easy check in

I had a 2 night reservation, the first night was alright, but for whatever reason, the house was overrun by teenage children on Saturday and became incredibly noisy. I called the number provided to complain but only managed to reach voicemail. Eventually, and most unfortunately, I was compelled to leave one day early as it proved impossible to get any rest. Horrible experience of a weekend, and if they had any decency, a full refund would be due.
