Room 04 - Sandhaven Rooms Triple

The deco was nice, pleasant and modern Rooms comfortable, spacious room for 3, cleanliness all around. Fab game room from for all the family. Well equipped kitchen Inc dishwasher and washing machine. Enough room for all guests to use. 5-10 mins walk for beach, fair gound, swimming park. Great for walks Inc parks for families Plenty of restaurants and bars - Spoilt For Choice

Our room was at the front of guest house, even though it had double glazing, could still hear night life. But wasn't all that bad, as its the expected of area / location. Parking was a nightmare, depending on time of day etc. To improve the sign for the property, can only see at 1 angle.

Definitely value for money without a doubt i stopped here with my 2 boys for a couple of days and i honestly couldn't fault the place, it had every kind of facility was amazingly comfortable the room was beautiful very cozy everything is nice and modern from the games room to the bedroom also everything is at your doorstep shops,beach,swimming,fairground,parks etc 10/10

Only problem we had was the shower it was only warm and didn't have much pressure but it was bearable.

Clean, tidy and good facilities.
