Big bed, Rumenacka 7

The woman was nice and the bed was confortable.

I don't ever complain and am used to very basic comforts however, we were there for Exit festival which meant we needed to sleep in the daytime. Not only was the room incredibly hot (the blinds and the fan just about kept us cool), the toilet was filthy. We think it had never been cleaned. The room was a massage parlour so it had no bathroom, instead a (dirty) bath/shower in the same room with a curtain draped over the top that slowly drained via a hosepipe into a drain. The air conditioning unit worked but the exhaust pipe was pumping extremely hot air into the room instead of out of a smashed section of the window. I had to wedge the pipe under the broken glass and hope that the bed it was sitting on didn't catch fire. Finally, I might not have written much about these issues but when we checked in, the woman asked us to vacate the room between 11am and 8pm so it could be used for massages. This was upsetting as we had no other option due to the festival. Instead the owner took us to her house (which turned out to be another sort of hostel) and we had to sleep there out of the city with no connection to shops, restaurants etc. Overall we were pretty unimpressed despite the woman being super friendly and apologetic.

I found the apartment to be clean and affordable, and it happened to be almost right across the street from where I needed to go. The owner is friendly and helpful. Thanks!

You have to appreciate apartment owners who are straight-forward with you and tell you everything ahead of time. I was told ahead of time that there is no TV and no internet, but that is fine, because I didn't need either of those things while I stayed there.

The host was rude, did not even bother to write in english. Hello, this is not serbian site, you MUST speak proper language which is intelligeble by other people. Also, no wifi, no kitchen etc. I asked to cancel the booking He ignored. Avoid at all costs.
