Not enough towels and they looked dirty. We ended up purchasing towels.
USVery convenient, the day of the stay you get an access code and you can arrive at whatever time works for you. You can reach out to them and get a response fairly quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We only had 1 towel. That was surprising. We couldn’t figure out how to work the AC and it got a little warm.

A few things were missing that would have been nice. Items such as wash cloths, oven mitts, measuring cups, full size glasses, spatula, ice & water in the fridge, lamps, and more mirrors other than the bathroom.
