No private parking, although did always manage to park nearby

The property was very tastefully decorated and had excellent functionality and comfort. Very restful stay - Thank you!

Parking options were not explained, although i found parking in a nearby street.

Horrible stay for 2 nights in absolutely horrible conditions. We were chocked by what happened to us here!

We walked into a perfumery and not an accommodation! We found 11 perfume diffusers in the 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. My 74 years old mother couldn't breath in there as she has asthma, she couldn't even stay inside for the 2 hours because the scents were too strong, we never had such a problem anywhere else until this day. We opened all doors and windows for the entire evening and placed the 11 perfume diffusers outside near the front door. The evening was difficult for my mother suffered from strong breathing issues. The next morning she felt ill and I wasn't better as i had a bad headache, my eyes were red and itchy, my throat sore and my nose running. I realised later that I had my very first allergy! During the afternoon we received a message from the owner menacing to charge our credit card for the diffusers we left outside! Amazed by such nonsense i called her to explain that we couldn't breathe in there. She wouldn't even try to understand or let me talk, instead she got angry said that we should have tell her about the asthma of my mother in advance and finally told us to leave immediately. We have never been treated with such disrespect by any other host before. When we came back in the evening we could clearly understand why there was so much perfume in there: to hide the strong smell of dampness coming from the bedroom in the back. We called booking.com to report our disastrous experience. I would advise anyone who thinks about staying here to change your mind as this wasn't even the end of our troubles there. We could hear the people next door as if they were in the same room until 23h00. The table, cutlery and plates were dirty, old dust on all decorative pillows, towel hangers and various decorations. Very dfficult to park as well. While having dinner in the evening someone knocked at the door to ask us more silly things. It was a nightmare. I do not wish this to anyone during their holidays.

We absolutely loved the location and how nicely the cottage was decorated. It really did feel like a second home!

Beautifully decorated & furnished with everything you need

Location was excellent, quiet and peaceful with a handy cafe right outside your door. Although the building was old the inside was immaculate and modern.

Only that we didn't have more time to spend in Blockley.

It was lovely property with all we needed for a short break.

The parking on the arrival day was a bit of an issue, otherwise got parked outside. Deliveries to shop / cafe started at 5am and kept my wife awake.

The location- amenities were fabulous- patio area great
