Apartman je lijepo uređen, prednost je self check-in.

Apartman nema grijanje. Grije se klimom koja u zimsko doba godine nije dovoljna da ugrije tako veliki prostor jer se radi o potkrovlju s dosta prozora, a jedna je klima. Iako je radila cijelu noc, nije uspjela ugrijati prostor. Takoder, u zgradi se konzumiraju nedopustene supstance i bucno je. Rucnici za tusiranje dostupni u apartmanu su poprilicno mali pa bi bilo bolje ponesti svoj.
