"Ok but nothing more."

Location was good,

chosen on the promise of a games console the children could have played on but wasn’t there. Was still bits of rubbish from previous guests throughout the property including broken handbags, government letters indicating benefit payments and empty bottles/junk to one bedroom cupboard.

"Disappointing"

Close to the beach

Our family have been really looking forward to this mini break as we don't get to go away often. When we arrived we had a TV with no channels, half the plug sockets dont work, there is what looks like a blood stain on one bed cover and in the wardrobe was a bed cover with a urine stain on. The bathroom smelt damp and musty and the is mould growing on the tiles. The kettle had really limescale and the lid doesn't close on it. All this made more difficult by the fact the we have a new born baby and 4 other children. I'm really not happy.

Did not like that you have to get electric cards to put electric on and this was not explained at all on booking.com and when I did go and buy a electric card half the time they do not work and had to keep going back to the arcade to change them and when we was leaving on the last day I had a card that would not work and when i tryed to refund it in the little shop was greeted by a very rude woman

Arcade was superb!

It would have been nice if the cafe was open more. We never got to go in there at all. They could do with a few more facilities.
