The room was clean, the bed comfy and good facilities with the kitchen and shower room.

There was no TV in my room

Upon arrival, I noticed that the bed in my room looked as if someone had already slept in it prior to me coming . I informed the host and was met with a horrible attitude telling me to leave if I didn't like it instead of them to help solve the situation by providing new bedding. The lact of compassion or willingness to help made me feel very uncomfortable and unsure about the place. For this reason, I would not recommend this air B&B

Convenient location for me. Comfortable bed. Accessible free street parking nearby.

1. No working light in WC. Pitch dark with door closed @ night. 2. Ground floor WC access door opens and closes level with dining table in otherwise well-appointed kitchen area. 3. Cheap, illegible-at-night rotary dial keysafe. inconveniently. positioned to side of front door almost prevented me from getting in at night. Suggest replacing amd repositioning with more expensive but leggible push-button key safe.

DO NOT BOOK! Went to this hotel, walked 2 hours, tied. Typed in the safe to get the key; NO KEY INSIDE the safe. Called the hotel. No answer. Text them. No answer. Left a message. No answer. So I was stranded in Bristol, all other hotels were fully booked. Had to sleep on the streets for the night in the cold rain. Still no answer from the hotel. - Edit: Refused to refund. Blocked my number. Never even spoke to them. Luckily booking.com refunded me. Thank you Omar.

Good value for money, easy check-in process, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

A proper desk and chair (not a folding chair) could have been provided in the room. Also there were mouldy items in the dishwasher left by previous renters.
