Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gut gelegen und ruhig.

Leider war der Grill sehr verrostet und die Gasflasche leer. Uns wurde ein Austausch angeboten und leider wurde dies aber aufgrund Personalmangel nicht ausgeführt. Ich habe es zu spät gelesen weil ich auf dem Chiemsee kein Netz hatte. Sonst hätten wir sie selbst tauschen können und hätten das Geld zurückbekommen

"Beautiful place but unable to enjoy due to no air conditioning, it was hot outside and had to take cold showers continuo"

The property was build well, solid doors and windows, big rooms. Nice appliances.

No AC. No portable fans. Horribly HOT! Miserable of your used to air conditioning or from the US. I feel they should advertise better that there is no air conditioning or fans and construction is taking place across the street so opening windows does not help as it’s extremely loud. The sun comes in through the kitchen and living room so you cannot use these rooms in the day because it’s too hot. There are no screens on the windows in the bedrooms so at night when you open the windows for air bugs come in and you feel vulnerable like someone could come through the window. Also, you are not able to reach the actual owners, They use a service or third party company. The company is great but do not have the authority to make decisions. So when I wanted fans, the service could not approve them without getting in touch with the owners. The owners never reached out. They put a pretty picture on the brochure but are not personally involved.
