部屋にトイレがあったのが便利でした。部屋の前にバルコニーがあり、コンセントもあったので日中日陰でまったりできました。 ルーフトップから見るサンライズがとても綺麗でした。 朝4.30にも関わらず依頼すれば無料のパンをもらえました。パンの他にコーヒー、バター、シャムは朝無料で使えます。 温かいシャワーが出るのは1ヶ所のみです。 体調不良で延長したのですが、レセプションの方もクリーナーの方も毎日気にかけてくれました。 早朝(6.30amごろ)に着いたのに、荷物を置かせてくれて、チェックインまで、バルコニーやキッチンなど使用させてくれました。 Tikalのツアーやシャトルを安く予約できます。 提携のHostel inn 1では1時間無料でカヤックをレンタルできます。

チェックアウト後のキッチンとシャワーの利用は有料なので注意してください。 キッチンの隣の机は滞在中一度も拭かれておらず、いつも汚かったです。 日中のお部屋は外よりも暑かったです。

BEDBUGS in the dorm of four and they simply don't care!!! WTF I realised it immediately when I went to bed as I got for bites and I even saw the bug running away. I am 100% sure it was one, I had several attacks through my world travels. I went with all my stuff out and asked if I can get my money back and leave. The Doorman couldn't do something as he was not autorized to give out money, but he told the situation to the management.They were fully booked, so there were no alternatives in the hostel. So no he can't give me the money back. They simply didn't care... The only thing they offered was to change the hostel and stay on the couch there in the living room. As I didn't have any money left (I started to Mexico in the morning), I stayed on the couch So at the end I am pretty sure that they didn't change something about it and just continue as nothing happened. At least the Bedbugs have a happy live there in the Dorm. So don't book here to avoid Stress and Bites

Location of the hostel, kitchen is well equipped, they give good towel and bed are confortable, staff are nice and helpful

Küche hätte besser ausgestattet sein können und sauberer (meist von anderen Gästen leider dreckig hinterlassen, also nicht wirklich die Schuld des Hostels)

The location! Location was really good, very close to where the tours depart from and as the island is not huge you can go anywhere on foot.

I was in the single room: which was EXTREMELY hot! There is a fan in it but I regretted not spending a bit more and staying in a place with better facilities. If you are on a small budget, this place is ok. The staff is friendly but the facilities could be better.

Tiene desayuno simple incluido a partir de las 4 am, el personal es muy amable y bien predispuesto. La habitación tenía un ventilador por cama y lockers bastante amplios

La ducha no tenía agua caliente y varias de las instalaciones (como grifo de la ducha, el vanitory para lavarse los dientes, etc) están muy altos, así que si medis 1.50 como yo probablemente te resulte un poco incómodo. Si bien se veía limpia y cuidada la habitación, vi alguna que otra cucaracha dentro.
