It wasn't a problem for me but some people would struggle with the steep stairs.

The hosts communication was excellent both before and during the stay. The apartment had everything you needed, was well located, was clean and very well presented. Great restuarant recommendations. We had a lovely stay.

I loved this beautifully decorated pied de terre in the center of Modena and close to train station. it had everything I needed. Great little kitchen to make my breakfast.. and a wonderful list of restaurants to visit for lunch and dinner. Don’t forget the Ferrari museum near the train station. I travel very lightly w a carry on suitcase but large suitcases might be a challenge for the spiral staircase.

The apartment is excellent. It is a lovely, clean, and well lit haven in the centre of the old city, close to all amenities and tourist attractions.It is very well equipped and comfortable. Thank you, Elena and Graziano, for your attention and kindness .

We spent 4 nights here in October. First of all, the apartment is nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic—right in the historic district, yet only a 10-minute walk from the train station—making it the perfect place to discover Modena and its surroundings. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can find all the needed restaurants and shops. Elena is a perfect host. She provided all the necessary information via message and went out of her way to ensure we could enter the apartment earlier. During our stay, she also checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we had everything we needed, which was so nice. We couldn’t imagine a friendlier host. I highly recommend this place!
