Elena was nice, she answered our questions and called us a taxi. The location of the apartment is very convenient since there is a bus station 2 minutes away and the port is also at a walking distance.

Sadly, what seemed like the perfect apartment for a vacation turned out to be a pretty bad experience. The AC in the living room was very weak. There is no vent in the bathroom so it gets unbearably hot and humid. And the worst part of all - there is a terrible smell in the bedroom. At the last night it got so bad that we could not sleep at all or inhabit this room in any way. It clearly comes from the pipes and smells like sewage, at the balcony next to the AC the smell was also present. When I went to check the reviews I saw that other people have also experienced this so I felt very disappointed. Such problems should be fixed before renting a property especially when the owners are aware of the situation.

I liked the communication with the owners, who were really welcoming and helpful. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, just at the limit between the old town and Megali Ammos beach. Just opposite Las Ramblas cafe with what is currently the best coffee în Skiathos, has a good fairly priced (which is not common on the island) souvlaki place (Little Balcony) and a really good bakery nearby - Dafne’s sweets. 1 min walk to bus station number 4 from where you can go to all the beaches on the southern part of the island. Great sunrise view from the balcony and good size of the appt for 4 people.

The stairs to the 2nd floor were a little steep for our mothers’s knees. Sometimes when we open the windows/ balcony door, it smelled either of sewage or gas.

The apartment was large, bright and airy. It had a large balcony with views of the town. It was modern and kept immaculately clean. Elena the host made us feel very welcome from the start. She was really lovely. We will definitely be recommending the apartments to friends and family. A great property at a very reasonable price in a great location!

Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is very clean and equipped. Room cleaning each day. Location very close to the center of the town.

The a/c in one of the bedrooms stopped working during our stay so we had to use the fan in that bedroom.

Eleanor was a excellent host. Always on hand in the rental shop downstairs to help and cleaned the appartment daily. We had issue with one of the aircon units on our first day and Eleanor had an engineer out straight away despite it being a Sunday and loaned us a fan when needed. Location is fantastic, top of town with beach 5 min walk one way and main strip of skiathos town 5 mins the other. Town and beaches offer an excellent family holiday desitation. Appartment quite basic but this was reflected in what we paid and worked perfectly for family of 5 with 3 teenagers.

Not much! We had shopped around and there was other accomodation that looked more modern but would have been considerably more expensive. The appartment is as advertised and the service was excellent!

The apartment is spacious with a nice terrase. The host Elena is nice and helpful

Nearly everything…do not recommend at all!! For 300€/night so overpriced. Terrible smell, very hot and the air condition not working enough, although they were trying to fix it during our 3 nights stay. Old furniture. Basic equipment and supllies missing. On the main road, so loud. If the price was reasonable, but for the money paid the worst place we have ever stayed at. Our flight was cancelled so this place was an emergency option.
