Very easy check in. communication with the host was very easy. the room was okay. The shared bathroom was always very clean. Location was fantastic for exploring Olbia

Very near to the centre

very noisy from other guests, uncomfortable bed, a bit dirty

Very well located, close to the city center, restaurants etc. Easy to check in, the host let us check in quite early, we got very detailed instructions in the message. There is a kettle, coffee machine and a fridge for a common use.

The place was very dirty, the rooms are not cleaned properly (we found an old receipt in the bed), the bathroom is quite old and dirty.

Room and hotel was beautifully decorated and very charming. I really appreciated that I could leave my luggage there for the day after checking out too!
