Absolut enttäuschend – Unfreundlich & Unprofessionell ​Selten habe ich so schlechten Service erlebt. Der Empfang war extrem unfreundlich und respektlos. Trotz Buchung einer Suite wollte man uns zunächst in ein Standardzimmer abspeisen und versuchte sogar, uns für die eigentlich gebuchte Kategorie einen Aufpreis abzuverlangen. Erst nach massivem Protest wurde der Fehler „bemerkt“. ​Das Zimmer selbst war eine herbe Enttäuschung: Im Untergeschoss gelegen, dunkel und völlig anders als auf den geschönten Online-Bildern. Irreführende Angaben, mangelnder Komfort und unterirdischer Service – definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung!
