"Be aware of bed bugs!"

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is fine.

The bed was full of bed bugs and mites. We were all bitten, the receptionist changed the room when we’ve shown a pillow with a bug. He said they disinfected all rooms but ours. The new room was cleaner but we couldn’t sleep well because we were expecting to find bugs there too. The hotel didn’t offer a refund because of that. They also said they will call the disinfection service to clean the room. I’’m not sure they did because the room was already booked the other night. The room was old, the towels spelt bleach cleaner, we had two mattresses, but it was said they have a double bed. The bathroom was clean but everything was old and not always working.
