A fantastic and lovely large room with plenty of room Facilities wee great fully useable kitchen with kettle cooker fridge freezer microwave and kettle Organised and tidy bathroom and wc An amazing host who has great customer service and communication is clearly and professional A really nice touch was the tea coffee and biscuits provided this may sound strange but I’ve stayed in much posher places and they don’t provide the basics like this and this certainly makes all the difference Value for money is no doubt excellent for what you get here no one locally would be able to compete

I had absolutely nothing to complain about the property apart from the room not having curtains was a bit strange for me but I didn’t have any issues

The location worked for us because we had an event nearby. Being on the 1st floor, we were closer to the bathroom and some of the kitchens appliances were brand new. The bed was clean. The host was gracious enough to put out coffee, tea, sugar, and even cookies for our enjoyment. There are cleaning products available to clean with including broom and dustpan and kitchen roll. We were left a surplus of toilet paper as well as shower gels.

The bed was clean but the rest of the room was not. A couch and small table come with the room, upon arrival I noticed what I can only describe as a brown sauce(?) all over the table which I cleaned. There was a rusty nail on the floor I almost stepped on. The kitchen is quite small and lacks anything to actually cook with, only a few plates and 4 mugs and some plastic cups. There were no trash bins in ANY room.

No TV,no bin in the room,no lock on the outside of the door,transparent curtains,no wardrobe.
