There are no coffee or tea facilities in the room. There is a shared kitchen downstairs, but the usage policy is unclear. There is a kettle to boil water, so I assumed tea and coffee (which are available there) could also be used. However, when my son tried to turn on the coffee machine, the cleaning staff saw him and started shouting in a very angry and aggressive manner, saying that we would have to pay for it and trying to call someone. This behavior was very rude and unacceptable. I reported it to the receptionist at the main hotel (there is no reception desk or staff at this hotel). They listened but did not seem to know how to handle the situation. The hotel uses a code system to enter the building and rooms. The codes are sent via a customer website, but the link often did not work on my phone. I also saw several guests confused at the entrance because they did not know how to enter. We reported that the sink was blocked, but it was never repaired. I also had to email several times to get information about parking, which is also very unclear. But they react to emails quickly.
