New and super clean. Convenient location by the station and a pleasant walk to the center. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby in a non-touristy area. Nice kitchen, well equipped. Good shower. Lifts to the flat. Modern tv. Recycling! Plenty of space in communal area and in the bedrooms. Nice clean sheets and covers. Air conditioning, good shutters and curtains.

No bin in the toilet. No microwave. Building smells when you go in and construction sites all around. There were no bedside tables in one bedroom, we had to put phones, glasses etc on the floor. The single beds were too narrow, my son was falling off and ended up sleeping on the sofa after the first night instead. Nowhere did it say the password for the WiFi, we spent the first night without Internet because we got there too late for anyone to reply to us.

Modern building, close to Bologna Centrale but with no traim noise, very easy to travel and return especially with a child. Very spacious apartment with floor heating and AC in every room, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, amenities in the bathroom and a ton of towels. Comfortable beds and a nice living area, everything was exceptional about this apartment! Great place to wake up in and to end up in at the end of the day. As the booking situations allower we got a free late checkout and the owner was highly kind and communicative intersted in out wellbeing and comfort.

There was nothing to dislike.

Everything new on the apartment. Clean, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and shower.

There were only 2 things that bothered us. 1- The heating was to strong - 26 degrees Celsius - and we did not manage to adjust it. The only solution was to keep the windows opened during the night. 2 - The information about PARKING is not 100% accurate on the description. It is 10 euros DURING the day and not PER DAY. Bottom line - for a 24 hour stay you spend 25 euros.

Location was good, the apartment was fully renovated recently and the check-in was contactless.

The apartment was cold, the heating was not functional and the hosts left 2 sets of towels instead of at least 3 since we were 3 guests.
