Non avevo compreso subito che ingresso è soggiorno/cucina sono condivisi con altri. In pratica si ha accesso solo alla camera privata, ma ingresso/cucina sono condivisi. Noi non abbiamo avuto altri ospiti, ma essendo la struttura piccolina e se ci fossero stati altri ospiti questa viene a mancare intimità. Convivenza forzata. La camera è cmq chiusa a chiave. Ma non si ha l'appartamento tutto per sé. Non l'avevo compreso. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e in quei gg non era condiviso con altri. Da considerare.

The advertisement for the facility is a little misleading. The site listing said “private apartment in the building” and “private entrance.” That is definitely not clear, nor what is provided. It is a shared apartment with shared entrance. The facility is really a private bedroom and bath in a shared apartment. The only thing private is that you can lock your bedroom door. It mentions the ability to relax in the common sitting area, but the couch/sofa is about big enough for two little kids. Also; the shower head in our bedroom bathroom was not functional. It requires one to hold it to use it; otherwise it would fall down to about waist level. The hot water also did not work our last day. And; if you rent the lower bedroom, you will hear about every footstep in the upstairs bedroom as it is located immediately above the lower bedroom. I also found the property manager/owner to be rude in their communications with us.
