If you break this house rule and the police attend, it might result up to 600 EUR penalty. CLEANING There is only one, end-cleaning included in the reservation fee. If you would like daily cleaning, you can order it 24 hours in advance. SECURITY We recommend that you always keep the door locked, we can’t take any responsibility for your belongings. If you go out, should be with you your passport and money. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Small, dark, humid, stinky! Photos does not match reality!"

As an experienced booking traveler, this was my biggest deception. Be careful reviewing the photos as they dont match the reality. Apartment is really small, dark, humid, stinky and without ventilation. When we arrived there was a terrible smell. The owner’s representative walked us in. We mentioned we would not stay and cancel the reservation and he apologized and agreed. Then through booking plataform, owner refused to waive the fees so we had to pay entirely, while finding a new last-minute apartment.

Key fitted every door of the 6 apartments Beds did not have suitable mattress or pillows like sleeping on logs Air con was hot No rooms out of the 75 apartments they have that we could swap to

Posizione

A single towel (medium size) for 5 days to be used for the shower and to wash hand and face is very very poor and stingy, at least should be provided 2 towels, a big one for the body (shower) and another little one to wash the face and hands. If you want to save money about the towels next time please advice the guests so they can bring them from home.....

"Generally the location is perfect, really in the middle, not too far from the train station and to the centrum."
