The villa is perfect as photos.. enjoyed my birthday with my friends and family it was clean also well maintained the amenities were proper as they mentioned the food that they served was also hygiene over all I'm very satisfied with my stay...

Worst experience ever especially the cleaning staff and Ankush (manager) I think Those sweepers stolen our goods and charged more amount for cleaning, I don’t know why those sweepers were there for?

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Marshall Villa, which was booked through your platform. On booking.com it shows as Marshall Villa but it was actually D.N Villa. Despite our confirmed booking, upon arrival and check-in, we were informed that our stay had been marked as canceled due to a "no-show" while we were actually at the villa. This confusion was likely caused by the property manager or caretaker not providing accurate information to Booking.com. Furthermore, the location details provided on your platform were incorrect, and the property manager/caretaker did not come to guide us to the villa. Also, we were given a wrong name for that particular villa. He insisted on providing directions via video call while lying on a bed, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. Due to his negligence, we checked in late. Upon entering the villa, we were shocked by the lack of hygiene and basic amenities. The bedsheets and pillow covers were unwashed, and the extra pillows and bedsheets were in deplorable condition. No towels or soap were provided in any room, which meant we could not use the pool. The showers were rusted, and a supposedly empty hand wash bottle was kept in the bathroom merely as a showpiece. The villa was infested with cockroaches, particularly in the kitchen, where the vessels emitted a foul odor that made me feel sick. Additionally, the kitchen had an open window and an exhaust fan area partially covered by a box, creating a potential security risk, which made us feel unsafe throughout the night. Despite multiple calls to the caretaker for assistance, they were unresponsive and indifferent to our concerns. Attempts to contact the numbers provided by Booking.com were futile.
