KI-Residences - 3 Bedroom Apart.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at KI Residencies and can confidently say it’s one of the best properties I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment itself is stunning, beautifully presented, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The layout of the three bedroom space is perfect, offering both comfort and privacy, whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, or with others. Every detail has clearly been considered. The amenities were outstanding and had everything I needed for a seamless, comfortable stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, but elevated. Cleanliness was flawless, and the overall condition of the property was top tier. The location is another major highlight, convenient, well positioned, and ideal for enjoying everything the area has to offer while still feeling relaxed and private. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the owner. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. That level of hospitality makes a huge difference and is rare to find. I stayed for a week and honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering booking KI Residencies, don’t hesitate, this place is exceptional in every way. I would return in a heartbeat.

Easy access to and from the property, secure parking in the complex. Apartment was extremely comfortable, communal swimming pool, property is close to various Bistro's, Beach Clubs and Public Beaches. Our vacation was relaxing, stressless and would definitely recommend to others.

La proximité avec le centre, la qualité de la résidence et le parking privé et surveillé, les grands espaces bien distribués de l’appartement, la décoration sobre et efficace, la grande terrasse, idéale pour le petit déjeuner. Communication avec le propriétaire au top.

Tout était parfait, le canapé manquait peut être légèrement de confort Peut être qu’une couette en plus dans les chambres seraient les bienvenues !
