The terrace was not accessed from the apartment & didn’t feel very welcoming (the only chair was removed after day 1) & there never was a table (as per the advertised photos) The very steep stairs up 2 stories make this apartment accessible only to the fully mobile. This was not indicated in the Booking.com website.

Appartment and building with charm and calm. Located at 10mn walk from all attractions.

Washing machine not working proprelly The terrace is not accessible (photo makes believe it is). Not child friendly, neighbors complain from not much. Communication difficult for the entrance (it asked me 3 times my arrival time, the day of my arrivals it was mentionned i need to say if we need bed sheet, and at the end i could not find the code for the key lock, this mixed with long touristics recomandation) It is a non smocking appartement, but it smells cold cigarette.

Central light not working in main bedroom, host didn't respond to my message about this. Very little surface space in kitchen, nowhere to put your shopping etc. Washing machine very old, didn't spin clothes properly - suggest it needs replacing or removing.

Great and helpful communication from Manuel before and during our stay with lots of tips of places to explore, food to try, and restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself was comfortable and in a great location. Felt right at home!

The location is quite nice, situated in a central enough location where you could walk everywhere easily, but not central to an extent where you're exposed to bar and club sounds all the time. The apartment is quite charming, with its exposed brick work and tall ceilings. There were some amenities provided, such as spices and different teas and some ground coffee + coffee pods (probably what other travellers had left in the past). However, I would only recommend staying here at all, unless the price was heavily reduced.

1. This listing is misleading, because this apartment has NO outdoor area at all. The listing has photos of what appears to be a lovely rooftop terrace, albeit shared, with seating, which made us think that we would be able to sit up there from time to time. When we arrived, we found a bunch of clothing lines with drying clothes and it was very obviously used for that purpose only, not a communal hangout spot which the listing led us to believe. 2. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly. My friend and I found dark hairs everywhere, including the sofas and the beds. 3. The shower next to the double bedroom was not draining at all. I messaged the host on the first day regarding this, who said the cleaner can come around and have a look. I agreed, but nobody came - we were there for 5 days, so we had to use the one shower. 4. There was mould in the bathroom next to the twin room, alongside behind the washing machine. 5. The beds in the room with twin beds were very lumpy. The walls in that room were quite thin too, my friend could hear people next-door. 6. Everything in the apartment was damaged in some way. The iron was broken and had burnt 'bits' falling off it, the bin was broken, the coffee maker was melted, floor tiles had dents, walls were scuffed, sofas were stained, bedsheets were stained, the ‘top’ of the old-school washing machine was coming off (surprised the washing machine worked). 7. There were passive-aggressive signs everywhere in the flat warning against throwing rubbish out of the window. I guess they had bad experiences with people in the past, but instead spamming my inbox with long welcoming messages, maybe send your guests info on where to throw out rubbish instead?

It’s a unique old style property. Just a small area of kitchen. Even the washing machine it’s a old style I think. Quite an experience to use it. Staff very accomodate to all of our query. Very helpful. Walking distance to all the tourist spot

No elevator need to use stairs.

Central location in Seville in very quiet alley. Excellent bakery 10 metres away. Cathedral is 10 minutes walk away. Older style traditional apartment on 2nd floor. Clean and well maintained. Host very enthusiastic about Seville with comprehensive suggestions about visiting his city.
