Загалом - позитивні враження: гарне місцерозташування, є підземний паркінг (що дуже важливо в наших умовах), приємний господар, необхідне все є в квартирі.

Мабуть, такого немає. Можна придиратися, що не було засобу для прання, але це реально придиратися:)
