The stay was lovely. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just like the service and food test was nice

No internet at above first floor rooms. You have to request the staff for the room or wifi. Hand wash was missing ...and had to request for the same. Most imp.....they have refused to give invoice. We had to wait for good 2 hrs for the same. Coz accountant was busy.

Hotel layout was good and this can be a big USP. But eye for detail and basic amenities were missing.

Nothing. There was nothing likeable in that hotel.

Everything. Location difficult to find. Lighting in the room was gloomy and horrible. No cleanliness at all. No choices offered in the breakfast. Poor air conditioning. Water continuously dripping at the entrance of my room which kept me awake. Smaller rooms were given when booking was for bigger room. Very rude staff. When I asked for a creamer/milk power for tea I was told Treebo has not supplied it. Please contact Treebo customer care. Overall a very bad experience.
