"Espacioso, céntrico y cómodo"

Apartamento espacioso y muy bien equipado. Decoración neutra agradable. Acceso cómodo y en zona de fácil acceso y aparcamiento, con servicios y comercios alrededor. Cama muy cómoda.

La ventilación forzada entró en funcionamiento a las tres de la mañana, con mucho ruido y sin interrupción. Tuve que cortarle la electricidad para poder dormir.

Se veía muy nuevo

El aislamiento acústico con el apartamento 2a era insuficiente. Estuvimos escuchando el taconeo de las vecinas hasta que se durmieron. Recomendaría una cortina de fieltro en la pared medianera que absorbe el sonido.

Sofá cama incómodo, demasiado blando y delgado al igual que las almohadas. El lavabo no tenía agua caliente.
