Everything you do not need to bring anything and parking right outside the property - all you need and more beautiful view of the marina , hotel just a 2 min walk , fab food and bar

The only negative and it’s not the properties fault if you have the window open in the main bedroom you can hear the motorway traffic - bring ear plugs but would not put us off coming back 😀
