"Good place in Marrakech for a short stay"

Good position, nice and friendly staff - they organized an hammam treatment for us last minute - good breakfast.

Colazione ottima servita in maniera impeccabile dallo staff del riad; tutto era in giusta quantità e i prodotti serviti sono stati preparati sul momento. Ci è piaciuta molto anche la sistemazione sul terrazzo e il riad è in posizione molto silenziosa e tranquilla.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel riad nel periodo invernale, siamo stati bene ma forse una colazione al caldo non avrebbe guastato, Probabilmente siamo stati solo sfortunati perchè abbiamo trovato un clima di pioggia che non è molto tipico del luogo.

"Good Riad, most of the staff was kind, but the excursion organisation lacked transparency and did not match expectations"

The common areas are charming and the stay was generally comfortable.

The main issue was the desert excursion arranged through the property or its partner. There was no clear itinerary in advance, no transparency on where we would stop and no clear information on the camp or accommodation standard. This felt intentional and the actual stay was lower quality than expected based on how it was presented. Clear written details should be provided before payment, including exact camp name with different options to select from, stops, timings (even approximate) and what is included and what is not.

"Friendly well located place to explore Marrakech"

Aziz and team were very helpful and made our stay really pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful. The riad is very comfortable and comfy. We also asked Aziz to help us organise a trip to the Atlas Mountains which went very well.

All was good.

Pulizia, estetica, colazione top, silenziosissima, personale gentilissimo, doccia bollente, letti comodi

Suggerirei solo coperte per chi fa colazione (la mattina a dicembre fa abbastanza freddo) e un paio di mensoline in bagno perchè non si sapeva dove appoggiare le cose
