Vista La Gomera - 2 minutes walk from the beach!

Beds were super uncomfortable ( that's just me offering constructive criticism)

Great location, just 2 minutes from the beach, nice view to the ocean. From the balcony you could indeed see La Gomera, but on a good day also La Palma. There were some beach umbrellas available in the apartment and even a small portable sunbed.

There were no trash bags provided except for the one in the bin but overall I felt I got a very good value for the money.

Basic apartament, a bit outdated but with big terrace. Parking possible on the street, just not always full of space

Shower is quite small and a bit clogging, but the worst is cafe down the street having live concerts every evening till 23pm :) you can hear it well as apartment is on the second floor and windows just to the right side, so if you are early sleeper keep that in mind

My family and I stayed for 1 month therefore I can provide a complex evaluation. The location of a flat is in the heart of Puerto de Santiago, 2 min to the beach and very close to the NP Teide. In a very close distance you can reach shops, restaurants, children playgrounds and medic help. The flat has great division - 2 bedrooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom and nice balcony for gazing at sunset. We were there during February / March and could use community swimming pool with sunbeds. Everything was clean and in great conditions. The property manager takes good care of his customers (immediate answer on Whatsapp + fast solution). Ratio: price / performance is 10/10. If I could go to Tenerife again, I would pick this apartment again.

The apartment's equipment was functional but a bit older. The property manager tries to replace it. I firmly believe, that afterwards will this apartment be extraordinary.

The pool was sometimes closed, without clear working hours.

The two best things are: the location and the terrace with a view. Near the bus stop, 200 m to the beach, near the shops cafe.

The apartments really need updating.

The location is accessible to the supermarkets, nice restaurants and shopping kiosks, the view, the cleanliness, the friendly people around

There is nothing i did not liked

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the beach, the shops, and the restaurants. Bus stops in front of the property - the best way to travel around to nearby places. (Los Gigantes, Alcala, etc.)
