Location was excellent. Balcony and sea view excellent Lovely quiet complex with easy access to passeao Everything you need was provided.

The TV was in German. The instructions to change were not helpful. Reception were very helpful but even though they sent help the young man spent a long time but was very apologetic he could not switch to English. Also one lounger was broken so unsafe to use. This did not detract from our holiday but maybe something to take note of

The high point of the apartment is the sew view. You can spend your holiday on the balconies, large, well furnished (comfortable sofa and chair on one balcony, tables, chairs, dry rack for clothes, umbrella, etc on the other one!) and with amazing views to the sea (180 degrees view) and to the mountains as well. I can't even describe the beauty of the scenery! Beautiful flat, with a gorgeous smart TV and everything you need. There are plenty of towels in the wardrobe, even beach towels. You can make your coffee using a filter coffee machine or a Nespresso coffee machine (if you find capsules for this!). The apartment is very quiet and very well placed in Los Cristianos, near restaurants, supermarkets and a 15 minute walk to the beach (Playa de los Cristianos). Charming walk. There are many beaches around, our favourite was Playa de las Vistas. There is a reception on the ground floor, very helpful, we collected the keys from there. All was comfortable and cozy.

You must know that nobody is cleaning the flat during your stay (that's why you have plenty of spare towels in the wardrobe). You have to buy some things, from toilet paper (only one left for you in the bathroom), shampoo etc. to coffee, kitchen paper and a little sponge for washing your dishes. But there is a dish washer and you can find some washing solutions for it under the sink. It would be nice to find a bottle of water in the fridge when you arrive and some coffee and tea, at least for one day.

The location was fantastic and the views

The smell of smoke in the lifts and sometimes on the balcony. Lots of noise from dogs barking in the area. But that isn’t the owners fault.

Well appointed comfortable apartment, the balconies were spacious with sun and shade available at different times of the day, the views over the harbour and bay were amazing at all times of the day . Great care has been taken to make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful holiday
