Welcoming 3 bed home, 10 mins from Chester races and zoo

Everything was perfect so homely and comfortable

clean and tidy, the host is very helpful and goes out of her way to make you comfortable

The area was quite and the location was ideal for the city centre, the sofa was comfy, decor was modern.

No spare loo roll and only half a roll to start with (luckily we took a spare after reading a previous review), no loo roll holder, no kitchen roll, knifes, chopping board and oven trays were filthy. Bathroom radiator didn't work (not great in the month of December), watered down washing up liquid and soap, no blinds up any of the windows, light curtains. Expensive for what it was, no complimentary essentials (milk, shampoo, shower gel, mini cereals) Narrow driveway if you have a 4x4. Fire in the lounge only worked one evening. No TV in any bedrooms.

Lisa was a lovely host and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one, the house is in a quiet location and feels very homely but has all the amenities that one would need and more, cleanliness wise it was absolutely spotless, probably the most comfortable I have ever felt staying in accommodation like this, I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Chester

only thing I can think of is there was only one roll of toilet roll!
