The entire apartment was excellent.

That I did not access to the gym

The apartment was situated on the 3rd floor. We had a ocean view looking over the mall. The kitchenware was very modern. The apartment was stylish. It was a 5min walk to Boardwalk mall. Two bathrooms in each apartment. Small little balcony with a braai available to use.

There is a Turnstile gate available for pedestrians to make it easier to access the mall, however guests cannot access through the gate due to Facial recognition systems that are installed for only permanent residents, and we had to walk all the way around. The damage deposit is immediately payable before your stay however you need to wait for the deposit to be returned. The staff is also not very helpful with giving feedback on when the deposits will be refunded. It was said that refunds are done on Thursdays. The money still does not reflect in my account and the staff members cannot even verify whether the deposit was refunded or not.
