There is nothing i like about the unit

All the 4 toilets not clean and there was spider web on the ceiling and lots of flies at the living room. There was crockroach in the toilet. Tooo bad . The kitchen window dont have curtain so opposite building can see thru our unit. Not good at all coz RM200 security deposit need to bank into the host account then only information given to which unit. The bad thing about the host was he mentioned in the messages to refund the RM200 deposit to us after check out and we check out early too around 11am coz there is charges for late check out even 30 mins it's really not flexible cant be negotiate. After 5pm the security deposit sit not transfer to us then we need to follow up with the host some more.

The place is clean. Air-con works well and cold. Spacious and can accommodate 8 person comfortably. Each room has its own washroom.

Two basins' water outlet were leaking. So when I washed my hands, my legs got a bonus splash. The WIFI doesn't work despite multiple fixes attempted by the unit owner.

All bedroom with airconds and nice view from apartment. Friendly & good customer service. Reasonable price!

No aircond at living room

Nothing! Worst experience ever!!!

The house is very dirty.
