Unit 151 Brookes Hill Suites

The location is amazing. My friend and I really enjoyed the views. The bed was comfortable, and soft.

During our three-night stay, we encountered a few issues that detracted from our experience. The room had noticeable mould and dirt on the curtains, which was concerning. We were also surprised to find only half a finished tissue considering the length of our stay. Additionally, the air conditioner didn't work, leaving us feeling cold throughout our visit. A small gesture like providing complimentary water (even just one or two 500ml bottles) would have made us feel more welcomed. Despite these issues, the space itself is lovely, with beautiful views. With a bit more attention to detail, it could be an even more enjoyable stay.

Clean and Neat - Close to most amenities

Most of the usual extras were missing. No Coffee facilities, No water bottle in the fridge either. Felt as if only the bare minimum was available. Multiple lights did not work either

No coffee/tea in the caddy. Safe didn't work. Battery flat. Mould on curtain, traces Clock battery flat Toilet seat lid had a crack on it

The pre booking process after initially confirming my booking on booking.com, was appalling. The number supplied through the platform kept going through to voicemail. The pin location for directions on app was not accurate, which made it worse as the cell number was not going through. I eventually sent a message through booking.com, requesting a business invoice as it was business travels - I am still waiting. The TV does not work, as it is not connected, with no e=instructions on whether to utilize streaming services or not. The aircon remote, was not working, and after being advised on using the TV remote batteries, the aircon failed to heat up too. No Mirrors in bathroom, with no complimentary toilet paper too - the inconvenience caused by this! Need I mention complimentary tea/coffee - it is standard these days. Some lights/plugs not operating well in the apartment, having to switch to bedside lamps. Connecting to the Wifi was a mission, and luckily for being tech savvy, otherwise most people would not have been able to locate or know how to read the password (especially with the hosts not being available over the phone). Really disappointed with this accommodation.
