townhouse cospicua , ( 3 cities-valletta ) ferry

Location was great and we enjoyed being in a historic Maltese townhouse which is very close to ferry and buses. Spacious accommodation and friendly owner.

Initially there was an issue with the bedding but the owner was very quick to resolve satisfactorily once we contacted him. The first floor bathroom is very small - but we managed and that is part of the charm of taking a historic building.

Fantastiskt läge mitt i en av de gamla städerna. Genuint boende i ett 300 år gammalt townhouse. Väldigt bemötande hyresvärd som kontaktade oss för info kring faciliteten, frågade efter ev behov och gav tipps om närområdet. Flerstockigt hus med takterass med utsikt över stan. Färjan till Valetta "direkt framför huset" (1 min gångavstånd). Vi var en familj med 5 vuxna personer och det gick alldeles utmärkt. Rekommenderas starkt till den som önskar en genuin upplevelse av livet i Valetta (Cospicua). Thanks Eman, family and staff for your hospitality. Dagmar.

This is an old and authentic house with a lot of space. The neighbourhood is super and it is really close to the ferry. You're really located in the authentic Malta. Owner is really responsive and gave a lot of information.

It's an old house which is really charming, but can off course not be compared with a modern hotel room. Good for a holiday stay, but perhaps less suitable for a longer business stay of 2 weeks. The rooftop terrace with a great view is an added value.

There was some confusion about the environmental charge amount. The owner resolved the issue correctly.

Great location

The location was beautiful and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Rita was lovely and always on the end of the phone. The ferry to Valetta is only a few minutes' walk from the house, and it was also reasonably easy to find parking (not always the case in the Three Cities!). There is a tiny supermarket that is very well stocked about 10 minutes' walk away, and numerous bars and restaurants very close by. The view from the rooftop was wonderful!

The house is quite some distance from parking, with stepped streets in each direction. Inside, two of the bedrooms and the rooftop are only accessible via quite a steep spiral staircase. This is typical of the area but it might be advisable to add an accessibility notice for anyone with mobility issues who is not familiar with the Three Cities.

L'excellente communication avec Emman, il est venu nous chercher sur le parking à 23h, l'emplacement, le charme de la maison et sa terrasse. Il est facile de se garer à proximité et de prendre le ferry pour La Valette (prix très modique, 2€ je crois l'aller-retour avec l'ascenseur inclus)

Le manque de débit d'eau pour se doucher et la climatisation dans une chambre sur 3.
